Overview

In order to enable faster project creation and facilitate re-engaging with previously hired consultants, we have introduced a Hire Again feature that can be leveraged by you and your colleagues.

A few highlights:

  • Any previously hired consultant can be Rehired via this feature.

  • A consultant can be rehired for a duplicate engagement OR for new project scope.

  • The consultant rehired does not get directly notified. Clora Reps will still confirm with your consultant.

To begin, login to your Clora account.

Hire Again from My Talent

Your Navigation will have a new tab called My Talent if you have hired a consultant through Clora.

Consultants you currently work with or have worked with in the past will appear here.

Consultants for projects you own OR that have been shared with you in an Admin or Manager role will also appear here.

Click Hire Again to initiate the rehire request.

Hire Again from the Project

Under your My Projects find the project where you last worked with the Consultant. This can include currently active projects.

Your hired consultant will appear on the right side of the page

Click Hire Again to initiate the rehire request.

Duplicate or Create New

Upon clicking Hire Again, you will be prompted to either:

  1. Create a new project

  2. Duplicate from a previous project (learn how duplicating works here)

    1. All of your associated projects will be available to select from.

    2. If you cannot find the project you are looking for, please reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager for assistance.

Creating a New Project

You will not need to create a full project post. Since you have already worked with this consultant, you will instead be guided through a streamlined project creation experience.

To begin, in the first About page, you will be prompted to:

  1. Give the new project a descriptive Name

  2. Provide an About

  3. Provide key Responsibilities

On the second Location page, you will be prompted to provide:

  1. Location of office if travel will be required

  2. Number of days travel per month if applicable

On the final Logistics page, you will be prompted to provide:

  1. Length of the project

  2. Estimated Hours per week

  3. Hourly Rate range

  4. Start Date

    1. It will be assumed that the need is immediate, but please indicate if not.

You will be able to review your project before officially submitting it.

Upon submission, your project request will be created and Clora will review the request.

If you exit or cancel beforehand, the project will NOT be saved.

If at any point, you need to cancel the new, short project creation process, you can click Exit Project Questions link in the upper right corner. All information you’ve entered will be entirely cleared out, and a project will not get created.

Upon submission, only Clora will be notified and process your request. The consultant does NOT get notified. Clora will still quickly confirm with your consultant their interest, availability, and hourly rate.
