Get Connected

Once you have found a few consultants that meet your needs through the Self-Service Platform search, you can:

  • Share - This will give you a unique URL that can share with your team

  • Save - You can save profiles that you are interested in if you need more time (but don’t wait too long!)

  • Request Proposal - We’ll collect a few quick details about your need. The Platform will then directly send over to the consultant of interest (no middle person)!

Describing Need

Before we send over your interest directly to the consultant, we will collect a few details about your need to give the consultant enough information to promptly accept your request.

About

Location

Logistics & Availability

Everything you enter will be directly sent over to the consultant of interest - No Delays!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to support@clora.com.

Where can I view/edit the project I’ve just created?

With the information you have provided, we will create a private project under your My Projects page. If you’d like to modify anything you’ve entered, you can navigate to My Projects and find your project for editing.

From My Projects, you can edit, track progress, review all consultants you’ve connected with, and take action on proposals you receive for your new open marketplace project.

Please Note: At this time, your project is not Public for all consultants to see. You retain full control over which candidates you select.

I’m picking 2 or more consultants. Do I need to re-enter this information?

Once you click Request Proposal for the subsequent consultants, instead of being prompted to describe your need, you will be able to select the project you’ve just created from the drop-down (see screenshot below).

I have an existing project. Can I share it with these consultants?

Yes, you can! If Clora hasn’t started sourcing and published your standard project live, you will be able to select your existing project from the drop-down (see screenshot below).

How many projects can I create through the Self-Service Platform?

You can describe and create as many unique projects through the Self-Service Platform.

Do Clora representatives also source for my project?

The project you’ve created through Self-Service Platform is a unique self-service project. At this time, you retain full control over the project and which candidates you have invited.

If you are having trouble searching and finding consultants through the Self-Service Platform OR would like Clora fulfillment assistance, please reach out to support@clora.com or your dedicated Account Executive.

Does my project expire?

Nope, your project does not expire. You can close or delete this at any time OR your dedicated Account Executive might help you close it out.

How do consultant agreements work?

Your dedicated Account Executive will be in touch about agreements and contracting once you click Get Connected and describe your need.

When will the consultant’s identity or contact information be provided?

The names and contact information of Consultants featured on the Self-Service Platform are not publicly available. Agreed upon disintermediation terms and conditions do apply as you review candidate proposals sent over, interview consultants, and on-board your matched consultant AND as potential candidates submit proposals, interview, and onboard.

Will my company’s information and my contact information be provided?

Your name, your colleagues, and the name of your company are not publicly available. Agreed upon disintermediation terms and conditions do apply as you review candidate proposals sent over, interview consultants, and on-board your matched consultant AND as potential candidates submit proposals, interview, and onboard.

How quickly should I hear back from the Consultant?

Consultants are immediately notified via email of your interest and can view all the information you provided. Consultants can then take one of the following actions:

  • Accept - The consultant can accept your invitation and submit a proposal to you for the need you’ve described

  • Ask a question - If the consultant needs more information prior to accepting or declining, they can post a question for you. Clora will follow up with you to help facilitate a timely response.

  • Decline - The consultant can decline your invitation. You will be alerted. Clora will also follow up with you to provide more details.

If there is no response after 2 days of your interest submission, Clora and our Self-Service Platform will send reminders. If we have not heard back from the consultant after 5 days of your interest submission, Clora will reach out to you.

TIP: Make sure you provide as many details as possible, so the consultant can quickly review and respond.

Asking a Question

If the consultant needs more information prior to accepting or declining, they can post a question for you. This is not automatically sent directly to you. A Clora representative will triage the question and follow up with you to help facilitate a timely response back to the consultant. If you have any follow-up questions, reach out to support@clora.com directly OR to your dedicated Account Executive.

Reviewing a Submitted Proposal

Once a consultant has accepted your invitation and submitted a proposal, in this Self-Service Platform, the proposal will go directly to you. Proposals for Self-Service Platform projects do not funnel through Clora fulfillment assistance.

Once you receive the proposals, you will be able to review them as you normally would and take one of the following standard actions:

  • Share with colleagues

  • Decline

  • Request an Interview

If you have any questions, reach out to support@clora.com directly OR to your dedicated Account Executive. If you have not responded after 2 days of receiving the proposal, Clora and our Self-Service Platform will send reminders. If we have not heard back from you after 5 days of receiving the proposal, Clora will reach out to you and the hiring manager.

Interviewing

Once you have requested an interview, a Clora representative will confirm that the consultant has signed their Clora introductory agreement and begin coordinating an interview between both parties. Meeting placeholders and conference information will be provided by Clora.
