Log into the Clora profile and navigate to your profile settings in the upper right corner of your menu.

Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Ensure that the opt-in disclaimer is checked ON and save your changes.

SMS alerts will be activated for you.

You can unsubscribe at any time. The quickest method to opt-out will be replying to a text message from Clora with STOP.

This will immediately update your preferences.

You can also log into your Clora profile and navigate to your profile settings. From your settings, ensure that the opt-in disclaimer is checked OFF and save your changes.

SMS alerts will be immediately deactivated for you.
