Making an informed decision about candidates is core for any team. To help facilitate the decision-making, you and your teammates can easily collaborate and leave feedback about candidates directly on the candidate proposals themselves! We will highlight how this works below.

Leaving Feedback

Log into your Clora account. Navigate to your project and then your candidate's proposal.

Once you have finished reviewing the candidate's proposal, rather than sending an email to your fellow colleagues, you can leave your assessment of the candidate right on the proposal.

Locate the Share your feedback section at the very top of the page (next to the candidate's name).

You will be prompted to:

  1. Leave a thumbs-up or down rating

  2. Leave open text feedback

TIP #1: Only YOUR colleagues on the project will be able to see this. Candidates cannot see the feedback left by you or your teammates.

Once you have submitted your feedback, your colleagues will be informed via email alerts.

TIP #2: In order to decrease bias, we hide feedback until you leave your feedback! Once you submit your feedback, you'll be able to see what your colleagues have also said about the candidate.
