Are you a consultant registered on the Clora platform but encountering difficulties submitting applications due to missing expertise tags? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to proceed and add those crucial expertise tags to your profile.

Step 1: Click the add expertise button on the application

The application will tell you which required expertise tags are missing from your profile as well as the categories they come under. Proceed to the next step by clicking the add expertise button.

Step 2: Scroll down to the technical experience section on your profile and add relevant tags

Clicking the add expertise button will redirect you to your profile page. When you scroll down, you will see a section titled technical experience. Within this section are the various categories of skill tag options available to you. Simply edit the category that is missing a skill tag and update them as appropriate. The screenshot below shows an example of adding the Biostatistics functional area tag to your profile.
