Are all consultants part of the Self-Service Platform?

Currently, this only includes Clinical Operations consultants. Other functional areas will be released at a later date based on customer demand and feedback. We will alert all impacted consultants as we expand to each new functional area.

I’m more than just a Clinical Operations consultant. When will other functional areas be featured?

Other functional areas will be released at a later date based on customer demand and feedback. We will alert all impacted consultants as we expand to each new functional area.

What are the benefits of having my profile available on the Platform?

  • Market yourself efficiently thanks to new fields that prominently feature your skills, experience, and accomplishments in order to be discovered by hiring managers

  • Get more refined notifications about opportunities directly from hiring managers inviting you to connect

  • Connect with hiring managers faster -> Get invited and submit your proposal directly to the hiring manager in a matter of minutes

Is there a fee associated with being on the Self-Service Platform?

There is no fee to have your profile featured on Clora’s new Self-Service Platform.

Moving forward, will this be how I’m alerted to new opportunities?

This is only 1 way of many. You can continue to:

  • Browse Clora’s open opportunities page and indicate interest

  • Get notified via email digests of newly published opportunities

  • Get notified via a personal email from a Clora representative about an opportunity

Is this required? Can I keep my profile private?

Who can search and see my profile?

Only the following people can view your full profile with personally identifiable information (PII):

  • Clora internally

  • You

If your profile is ON, only the following people can see the View Public Profile version of your profile:

  • Prospective hiring managers who have access to Clora’s new Self-Service Platform

To see what this public version looks like, log into your Clora profile and click on the View Public Profile link. No version of your profile is ever made public or is ever searchable in public search engines like Google or Bing. Additionally, other consultants on Clora’s marketplace cannot see any version of your profile.

Can I see other consultant profiles aside from my own?

Consultants on Clora’s Platform cannot see each other’s profiles.

What displays on my profile?

A redacted "public" version of your profile is visible to hiring managers on Clora’s new Self-Service Platform without personally identifiable information (PII). To see what this looks like, log into your Clora profile and click on the View Public Profile link.

When will I know the company’s identity?

Your assigned Clora representative will reveal the identity of the company prior to scheduling the introductory call with you and the hiring manager as we facilitate the execution of the Clora Consultant Referral Agreement (between you and Clora).

If you would like to know the identity of the company sooner before you submit your proposal, you can simply ask a question. Your assigned Clora representative may require you to execute the Clora Consultant Referral Agreement at this time in order to reveal the identity of the company.

If you have any questions about the Clora consultant referral agreement, please reach out to support@clora.com.

If I need more information and ask a question, does this go directly to the hiring manager?

No, your questions do not go directly to the hiring manager at this time. Clora will help triage any question you ask.
