Your Clora Profile

Profile Best Practices

Written by Olga Quiroga

Maximize your profile potential

Setting up your profile is a straightforward process. We are excited to offer you the ability to capture technical nuances and details other hiring platforms can’t, like expertise in diseases/indications, formulations, therapeutic areas, industries, experience in various stages of development and more. While you will upload your resume, deconstructing your experience and skills in detail on your profile is highly recommended so Clora can accurately share roles that align with your interest.

Clora automatically sets your profile to private, meaning employers registered on the Clora platform cannot see you. However, setting your profile to public allows employers with clinical operations opportunities to view your profile as well as invite you to apply for the project if they feel you are a good fit (see Image 1). Please keep in mind all consultant profiles are blinded, meaning your name and contact details are hidden no matter the privacy settings.

Our best piece of advice for your Clora profile is to keep it up to date so you won’t miss out on new opportunities. As you cycle through engagements, either through Clora or outside of Clora, don’t forget to update your past experience and newly learned technical experience.

As you begin consulting through Clora, the employers you work with will have the opportunity to review you upon the completion of the engagement. A rating will appear next to your name, and at the bottom of your profile is a more in-depth breakdown of those reviews.

Aim for a High Profile Completion Score

As you build and maintain your profile, you will find a profile completion percentage at the top. We encourage you to populate as much as you can in your Clora consultant profile to reach 100%. Each section within the consultant profile factors into this calculation.

We do understand that some sections may not be applicable to you and your expertise. Specific sections will thus have a "Not Applicable" checkbox that you can mark so that your profile completion score is not negatively impacted.

Finally, it is important to note that reaching 100% is not required to have a Clora profile and will not block you from recommendations or from applying to opportunities. Anyone with a Clora consultant profile has full access to view all open/live projects on Clora's Marketplace and submit their application(s).
