1. Submit your resume
Whether you are invited to apply or you find an opportunity by browsing the Clora platform, the application process begins the same way: by submitting your resume and answering a few questions (see image below). Simply click Start Application on the email or project page. The process only takes a few minutes.

Once you click submit, someone from the Talent Matching team will review the submission and be in contact with you to determine if you fit the project’s criteria. Under the My Applications tab you can view the stages and progression of your applications.

2. Submit a proposal
If you are a good match for the project, you will be asked to submit a proposal. This is the employer's first view of you as a potential hire. While your resume will be submitted as well, the proposal should highlight your background and expertise where it relates to the project. We recommend answering each question with at least one short paragraph. These questions are based on the employer's needs and vary with each project.
Once you have submitted your proposal, the employer will review and determine whether or not you are a good fit. Clora only submits a small number of vetted candidates to the employer, meaning you are already one of a select group. Please note that employers will review your submission blind, meaning they will not have access to your contact information.
Clora will update you on any meaningful next steps that occur in your application process. Whether you are chosen for the role or not, we will be transparent with you and share any feedback given to us from the employer.
3. Interview
If the employer would like to interview you, you will be contacted to facilitate scheduling through the platform itself. Once confirmed, you will receive the meeting link as well as an interview preparation document.
4. Project matching
The process of matching a consultant and an employer is typically a matter of weeks. Once the employer has decided to hire you, details such as time and availability will be discussed and populated into a Statement of Work (SoW) and routed for signatures. While project timelines can vary, a standard SoW is one year and can be amended should your project extend past that timeframe. After signing the SoW, your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) will conduct formal introductions and you and the employer are then free to communicate as you begin working together.
