You can now efficiently book your interviews with potential employers through the Clora Marketplace! We will highlight how this works below.
What to Expect
Once the hiring team determines they would like to move forward with an interview, you will receive an email notification from Clora’s Marketplace.
From Email
From your email, you can click on the Select an interview time to proceed to the selection view.
NOTE - Your dedicated Clora Representative may follow up with you as a reminder as well if you haven’t booked.
From Marketplace “My Applications”
Log into Clora and navigate to My Applications
Select the Interview section. You will find a listing of all applications that have pending, upcoming, or past interviews. Pending interviews that require action from your part will have a red alert indicator.
From here, you can click on the Book Interview button to proceed to the selection view.
From Your Proposal
If you have your proposal open, all pending, upcoming, and past interviews will be listed. From here, you can click on the interview with a Pending status to proceed to the selection view.
Selecting a Time
You will be prompted to first indicate YOUR timezone.
NOTE - Due to the timely nature of interviewing, time slots from the hiring team may no longer be available if there are booking delays. You may thus see a warning (see screenshot below). Please reach out to your designated Clora Representative for assistance.
A calendar view will open. The hiring team’s available dates will be highlighted for you to select from.
Once you select a date, the 30-min time slots will appear below the calendar for you to select from. Once selected, you can click the Send Time button to proceed.
You will be able to confirm your select and instantly schedule.
If none of the dates and/or 30-min time slots work for you, please select the “I did not find a date and time…” checkbox shown.
This will send a message to Clora to follow up and help quickly facilitate finding a time that works for you.
Booked Interview
Once you have confirmed a 30 minute interview slot, your dedicated Clora Representative will follow up with conference details. You may view conference details from the “Interviews” page.
Rescheduling an Upcoming Interview
We understand that conflicts can arise. If you need to reschedule an upcoming interview, you can cancel.
Please be sure to cancel as soon as possible to give all attendees ample notice!
Log into Clora and navigate to My Applications
Select the Interview section. You will find a listing of all applications that have pending, upcoming, or past interviews. Find the project & interview that you need to cancel.
Click on the View Interview button.
On the left side of your proposal, all pending, upcoming, and past interviews will be listed. Click on the upcoming interview that you need to cancel/reschedule.
Click on the Cancel Interview link.
All participants in this interview and Clora will be immediately alerted. Your dedicated Clora Representative will reach out to you to confirm your preferences in order to reschedule.
