What is this new feature?

To streamline the hiring process and avoid the back and forth meeting coordination, we are introducing an in-app Interview Scheduling feature that allows you to:

  • Get instant alerts when a hiring team wants to move forward with an interview

  • Schedule your interview immediately

How does it work?

Once the hiring team confirms that they would like to move forward with your candidacy and interview you:

  • You will be notified via email

  • You can set your timezone

    • All 30-min time slots will be auto-converted to your timezone!

  • Once you book a time, your dedicated Clora Representative will send meeting conference details to you

Is there a fee to use this feature?

You have full access to use the scheduling feature at no cost to you.

How can this help me?

The in-app Interview Scheduling feature allows you to:

  • Get immediately alerted when a hiring team would like to proceed with interviews

  • Book interviews instantly in-app

    • Avoid unnecessary back and forth meeting coordination with Clora and the hiring team

  • Avoid timezone miscommunication

  • Cancel in-app if you are unable to make it

What if the hiring team is in a different time zone?

Based on the time zone you indicate, we will convert the 30-min slots for you.

Please note, due to the time zone conversions, the time slots may be outside of normal work hours.

What if none of the time slots work for me?

You can let us know through the Interview Scheduling feature as well. We will be promptly notified and your dedicated Clora Representative will reach out for assistance.

I received a notification for an interview, but I am no longer interested in moving forward with my candidacy. What do I need to do?

Please reach out to your dedicated Clora Representative for assistance.

Will I be asked to select weekends?

No. At this time we are only allowing hiring teams to select weekdays through the Interview Scheduling feature.

If you or the hiring team require accommodations on the weekends due to urgent reasons, please reach out to your dedicated Clora Representative to handle these special circumstances.

How quickly should I book?

Due to the timely nature of interviews and hiring, we ask that you take action within 1 business day to avoid slots expiring.

I received a notice that the slots have expired. What should I do?

Please reach out to your dedicated Clora Representative for assistance.

What if I need to reschedule a booked meeting?

If you need to reschedule, navigate to your proposal. Open the specific upcoming interview, and click on the Cancel Interview link.

Please be sure to cancel as soon as possible to give all attendees ample notice!

Your dedicated Clora Representative will be in touch to confirm next steps.

How long are interviews?

At this time, all interview slots are currently 30 mins in duration - Clora interviewing best practice!

How can I add the confirmed interview meeting placeholder to my work calendar?

Your dedicated Clora Representative will send you a calendar placeholder with Zoom Meeting conference details to add your work calendar. You can always log in to Clora’s Platform to review your upcoming interviews as well.
