What is this new feature?

To help you post your needs faster, more efficiently on the Clora Marketplace, creating a project will have a new look and feel. With the streamlined project creation experience:

  • Post your project faster

  • Indicate what your must-haves are

  • Invite colleagues to help finalize

How does it work?

Simply click + Add Project:

  • Clora will guide you through a streamlined project creation wizard

  • Each concise step will include tips & examples

  • The new comprehensive summary allows you to review and quickly fine-tune your post

  • You can invite colleagues to help you finalize your post or pick up right where you left off

Is there a fee to use this feature?

You have full access to use the project creation feature at no cost to you or your colleagues.

How can this help me?

Enhanced project creation allows you to:

  • Post your project faster

  • Indicate what your must-haves are

  • Edit efficiently through a new summary view

  • Create a strong project with Clora tips & examples

  • Invite colleagues to help finalize

Can I skip a section?

The project creation wizard will guide you seamlessly through all steps required to build the best project post, based on data and insights we’ve gathered from the Clora Platform. While you will need to visit each step, every section in the wizard experience has been optimized for quick creation.

Can I exit the project creation experience mid-way?

Yes, you can always exit the wizard experience and finish at a later time. Your draft will be saved, and we’ll have you pick up right where you left off!

How can I save my progress during the project creation experience?

The Platform creates and auto-saves your draft once you finish the first step, and all sections are auto-saved as you move forward.

If you exit before reaching the end, everything you’ve entered thus far will be stored and ready for you to pick up right where you left off.

Can a colleague finish the project draft on my behalf?

Yes! You can add a coworker from the summary view. Your colleague will receive an email notification and direct link to review/complete the project post.

What kind of questions do you ask?

Project posts consist of the following sections:

  • Name - A descriptive title or role of your job/project/need

  • Expertise - The technical specifications your candidate should have including flagging which specs are “must haves” or deal breakers.

  • Responsibilities - Key tasks and deliverables the candidate will be responsible for.

  • Scope - A concise description of the role, expectations, and a short description of your company for candidates to gauge interest.

  • Logistics - Duration, weekly commitment, and any location/travel requirements.

  • Budget - The target seniority or level of experience that you are looking for in a candidate along with the budget range your team is comfortable with.

I’m unsure which seniority/level of experience to select.

If you’re not quite sure or you might be flexible on seniority, you can select more than 1. Your dedicated Clora representative can help you finalize this!

I’m not sure what the market rate is for the role I’m looking for.

We’re here to help! Enter the current budget range your team is comfortable with. Your dedicated Clora representative can help you unpack the appropriate rate that aligns with the ideal candidate you’re looking for.

Not all the technical expertise questions apply for the role I’m looking for.

If certain expertise questions do not apply for your need, simply select “N/A” to skip over this question. Your dedicated Clora representative can help you finalize this if you’re not sure.
