What is this new feature?

We have a new, efficient platform that can support this and future projects by instantly connecting you to project managers, CRAs, strategists, recruitment specialists and more Clinical Operations talent. Clora's new Self-Service Platform will allow hiring managers to find Clinical Operations talent faster and more efficiently, through enriched search experiences.

How does it work?

What are the benefits of using this Self-Service Platform?

  • You have the flexibility to search the entire Clinical Operations consultants database on your schedule.

Am I obligated to use this Self-Service Platform now?

No, this is not required. We want to give hiring managers like yourself the flexibility to find consultants and build teams based on what's most optimal and convenient for you and your team. Whether you want to leverage Clora's assisted matching services or Clora's Self-Service Platform, you determine how you want the technology to work for you.

What if I don’t have a Clinical Operations need right now?

This feature is available when and where you need it. If your Clinical Operations needs change, not a problem. Use this feature when the need arises. We'll keep you looped into updates/improvements as they arise. We hope you find the search efficient and fast, but if you're not finding what you're looking for, Clora's assisted matching service is always 1-click away.

Are all consultants and functions part of the Self-Service Platform?

Currently, the Self-Service Platform will only include Clinical Operations consultants. Other functional areas will be released in later months based on customer demand and direct feedback from you. We will notify customers as we expand to each new functional area.
