How we help you find opportunities

When employers identify consulting needs in their pipeline they create a project post outlining the necessary skills, responsibilities, logistics (timeline, rate, travel, etc.), and qualifications to create a clear picture for the consultants on Clora. Once that process is complete, the best-suited consultants are identified through the Clora platform, and will receive an email invitation to review the project and apply. This is one of the reasons why keeping your profile up to date is crucial to your success consulting through Clora. If your profile is not up to date, you could miss out on a great opportunity!

How to find opportunities on your own

One of the benefits of using Clora is your ability to look for roles through the platform itself. Clora does not limit what roles you can see on the platform, and we also have a referral program in place should you find a project you think someone else might be a good fit for.

You can actively browse projects in tabs under the Opportunities page (see Image 4): Open, Upcoming, and Invites. Open projects are roles with an immediate or near future start date, and Upcoming projects outline roles that will begin soon. Invites is where you can find projects employers have asked you to apply for.

On all projects you will find a rating option. This helps Clora understand the types of projects you would like to see more of.

While we have a wide selection of projects for you to consult on, there may not be an immediate match for you. That is another reason why we encourage you to keep your profile up to date.

*A note about opportunities: We do our best to ensure all available projects are vetted for timeline, urgency, and budget to ensure a quality experience for you. However, we cannot predict a loss of funding, non-approval, etc.
