What is this new feature?

To help you build & maintain your profile on Clora’s Marketplace and get better project recommendations, leverage profile tag suggestions.

Based on the information you provide like your resume/CV or Linkedin, we will offer you new profile tag suggestions. You can accept some or all tags that you want to feature on your profile. Clora will then leverage all your tags when sending new opportunities your way!

How does it work?

Based on the information you provide us like your resume/CV or LinkedIn…

  • Clora will suggest new experience tags as we find them.

  • Accept those that you want to add.

  • Decline those that don’t align with what you’re interested in.

  • Clora will notify you of new suggestions based on the information you continue to provide us.

For more details or to learn more, check out our more detailed how it works page for a step-by-step on how to add suggestions!

For additional resources, questions, or assistance, reach out to Clora via our support chat or via email.

I didn’t get any suggestions. What should I do?

Clora’s technology will continuously leverage the information you provide in order to offer you suggestions. To ensure that Clora has the most accurate information, please confirm that you have:

  • Uploaded your latest resume/CV

  • Indicated your LinkedIn URL

As soon as we find tag(s) that might be relevant to you, we will suggest them. You will be prompted in-app or via a monthly email alert.

Note - If your Clora Profile is already quite robust and up-to-date (much appreciated!), you may not receive suggestions at this time.

Is there a fee to use this feature?

You have full access to tag suggestions at no cost.

How can this help me?

The profile tags you accept AND decline will ensure that Clora and employers have a better, more accurate representation of your experience and what you’re interested in order to:

  • Get more opportunities, and/or

  • Get better opportunity suggestions (think less noise)

Some of these suggestions don’t look right. What should I do?

If you have received a suggestion that doesn’t match your background and you do not want this on your profile, decline the suggestion(s).

In order to ensure that Clora has the most accurate information to offer better suggestions, please ensure that you have:

  • Uploaded your latest resume/CV

  • Indicated your LinkedIn URL

Will I keep getting notified about the same tag(s) periodically?

Nope! Once you have declined a tag, we will save your decision and won’t prompt you again for that same tag.

You are free to add that tag down the road, if applicable.

Can I add a tag I’ve previously or accidentally declined?

Yes! Whether you accidentally declined OR would like to add the tag to your profile down the road, you can add the tag to your profile.

Note - We won’t prompt you if you’ve declined the tag but will not block you from adding it after the fact.

Which tag attributes from my profile will be suggested?

Clora may provide tag suggestion(s) for the following profile attributes:

  • Functional Areas

  • Roles (if applicable)

  • Seniority

  • Therapeutic Areas

  • Diseases / Indications

  • Product Technologies

  • Industries

  • Phases of Development

  • Formulations

  • Tools

Why can’t the rest of my profile be built by uploading my resume and linking my LinkedIn profile?

Our team is currently brainstorming and prioritizing ideas just like this one to enable you to spend less time building and maintaining your profile. While we are unable to provide a timeline for this particular request, we will be sure to communicate when future features and updates are ready for you to use.

Please keep the ideas coming! Don’t hesitate to reach out to us via chat or email.
