You can now request an interview with candidates and request multiple interview rounds through the Clora Marketplace! We will highlight how this works below.

Requesting an Interview

Navigate to your candidate proposal and click on Schedule Interview.

The scheduling tool will open and you will be prompted to indicate your team’s timezone.

Once you select a timezone, you will be asked to enter at least 2 windows of availability.

You can add more slots as well if applicable.

Once you have entered at least 2 windows of availability, you can now let Clora know who will be participating in this interview round. Clora will ensure that the colleagues you indicate get included in the meeting invite.

If colleagues are not already part of Clora, you can still invite coworkers via email. We will make sure they get an invite and are also included in the confirmed meeting invitation.

Once you have finalized your team’s availability and the coworkers who will be participating, hit “Send Availability.”

What to expect after submitting availability

Upon your submission, the candidate will immediately be notified and prompted to confirm a 30-minute interview slot that works for them.

Your dedicated Clora Account Manager will keep you in the loop! You can also check the status on the Marketplace at any time.

Your pending interview request can be tracked by you and your colleagues in two places:

On the candidate proposal

The candidate’s proposal view will be updated, so you can find all confirmed upcoming AND pending interviews requested here.
